1. How do I sign up?

2. How soon will you clean my bin(s) after I sign up?

You bin cleaning will be scheduled for later the same month you sign up based on your neighborhood's garbage pick-up schedule.

3. How will I know when you are coming to clean/finished cleaning my bin(s)?

You will be notified via your chosen method (SMS, email, or both) at the beginning of the month what your scheduled bin cleaning day is for that month. You will also be notified once your bins have been cleaned. We will also leave a small, easily removable note on your bins to confirm they have been cleaned.

4. When will I be charged?

You will be charged monthly only AFTER your bins have been cleaned.

5. Can I change my scheduled bin cleaning date?

We will do our best to accommodate schedule change requests within reason, but it's not always be possible. Call or email us and we can try to work something out.

6. What do you mean by "eco-friendly"?

The solutions we use to clean your bin have been specifically chosen because they are environmentally safe. Further, we will leave no dirty water behind: All waste water is collected by our truck and taken away. The water you see on the ground is clean water from our power washers from cleaning the outside of your bins.

7. Do you offer other power washing services?

At present time, we don't offer any services besides bin cleaning. If there is enough demand, we may look into adding more services in the future.
