QUALITY OF SERVICE
At Beans Clean Bins LLC., our cleaning techniques are effective, efficient, and provide great results.

However, trash bins that are extremely soiled with grease, oil, paint, epoxy, etc. may cause variable results. In extreme cases, some bins may take two or more cleanings to reach optimal cleanliness.

SCHEDULING
We optimize our routes based on garbage collection days. When you sign up you will be added to the appropriate route. If you have a bin cleaning emergency, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We do our best to oblige customers wishing to reschedule, but it isn’t always possible.

If your bins are unavailable for a scheduled cleaning, you will still be charged the cleaning fee, with the option to reschedule when possible for an additional $10 fee. Our industry operates in the same manner as our garbage collection peers in that it is the client’s responsibility to have their bin(s) empty and curbside on service days.

If you wish to change or re-schedule, you must submit your request no less than 5 days prior to your scheduled cleaning day.

Service will take place on the day or the day after garbage is picked up (Tuesday through Saturday). Same day service may be available but is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reschedule service if needed.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Beans Clean Bins subscription. We also reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. If the cancellation is initiated by the customer, service will stop effective the day we are able to process your cancellation. You will also be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

BILLING/PAYMENT
All billing is done using the credit card that is stored on file. Automatic payment will be applied monthly once service has been rendered. If you have any disputes or discrepancies please call, text, or email us immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to not clean a bin for any reason that we deem to be hazardous or a liability to our crew or our equipment. Common reasons for not providing cleaning service include, but are not limited to: bins containing garbage or debris, inability to locate bins, damaged bins, and bins locked or secured in place.

Bins that are deemed to contain exceptionally hazardous waste will not be cleaned due to contamination of equipment and health hazard to bin-cleaning technicians. If we do not clean a bin we will clean that bin during your next scheduled service.

NUMBER OF BINS TO BE CLEANED
On your first scheduled cleaning, we will identify the bin(s) you selected for service. We will only service the identified bin(s). If you want to change or add bins to be serviced, please contact us or visit the customer portal to modify your subscription.

 

RIGHT OF HANDLING/ENTRY
You grant us the right to handle your bins for the purpose of our service.

You further grant us the right to enter your property for the purpose of returning your bins to a designated spot on your property only if this service was requested.

 

MISSED CLEANINGS
Due to circumstances beyond our control, it may not be possible to clean your bins.  This can apply to holiday schedule changes, changes in the county collection routes, or road and environmental conditions, or mechanical issues. In that case we will clean your bin the following week after your garbage is collected.

We will make every effort to avoid service disruption. Should your scheduled cleaning date be missed, we will work with you to reschedule or refund that visit.

 

DAMAGE
We are not responsible or liable for damage to your bins or your property unless the damage is caused by our negligence.
